I have been using my new BlackBerry Bold for a couple of weeks now and I am amazed how it has not only helped me, but my customers too. Either by accident, or on purpose, the Realtor® Association of Miami-Dade County (of which I am a proud member) hosted a presentation today with representatives of Miami-Dade’s Property Appraiser and Tax Collector’s offices. We discussed some local issues in their areas of expertise. I’d like to pass along some of the info I learned today. Now- you probably don’t know me from a hole in the wall and are wondering why you should read my blog. My initial thoughts on blogging were that it was self-serving. I think many blogs are. I have seen a lot of fluff turned into blog...(read more)
