I am going to be totally honest. If you are reading this- you most likely have decided to sell your home on your own- without the help of a real estate professional. You are undertaking a huge responsibility, and I applaud your efforts. Please allow me to make some suggestions to help you.

Since I am a Realtor® working here in South Florida, it is important to you, me, and all of the homeowners and real estate professionals here to get our market moving. We may never again see the boom times we enjoyed a few years ago, but there is no reason why we can't get back to a healthy market- with homes appreciating at a reasonable rate and homeowners enjoying a return on their investment that they deserve.
